si fii atent la chesti asta... apropo de ce spuneai ca codexul nu va hotara ce face fiecare tara la ea acasa. citez de la acest link pe care iti sugerez sa il studiezi cu atentie
(i) Full acceptance
Full acceptance of a general standard means that the country concerned will ensure, within its territorial jurisdiction, that a product to which the general standard applies will comply with all the relevant requirements of the general standard except as otherwise provided in a Codex commodity standard. It also means that the distribution of any sound products conforming with the standard will not be hindered by any legal or administrative provisions in the country concerned, which relate to the health of the consumer or to other food standard matters and which are covered by the requirements of the general standard.

Deplina acceptare a unui standard general inseamna ca tara in cauza va avea grija, in cadrul jurisdictiei sale teritoriale, ca un produs caruia i se paplica standardul general sa se conformeze tuturor cerintelor standardului general cu exceptia situatiei in care nu se specifica altfel intr-un standard privind bunurile de larg consum al codexului. inseamna deasemenea ca distributia oricarui produs sanatos care se conformeaza standardului nu va fi impiedicata prin nici o reglementare legala sau administrativa din tara in cauza, care priveste sanatatea consumatorului sau alte probleme legate de standarde alimentare si care sunt acoperite de cerintele standardului general.
cu alte cuvinte, distributia unui produs considerat sanatos de standardele codex nu trebuie si nu va fi impiedicata de nici o reglementare legala sau administrativa interna (specifica legislatiei tarii in cauza) care regelemnteaza standardele alimentare si cele privind sanatatea consumatorului... adica in situatia in care codexul considera ca laptele provenit din vacile injectate cu hormonii de crestere monsanto sau orice altceva sustine codexul ca este ok esti OBLIGAT SA-L DISTRIBUI CHIAR DACA AI DOVEZI CA ACEL PRODUS ESTE TOXIC!!!
